This one is not historical correct, merrily a hypothetic thing of how it could have been.
On the 10th of May 1940, the German war machine opened their campaign against the low counties. The Dutch air force manage to get some scores against the Luftwaffe, but where not able to withstand the superior forces.

1 of the earliest Luftwaffe Jagdgeschwader was the JG54 which where stationed in the southern part of Holland. Their paint schemes on those Bf109E4 models where quite unusual, and had crossed stripes along the fuselage and tail section. Later came the FW190, with practically the same paint scheme.

After the war, Holland went for the Spitfires and Mustangs that where there in overflow, but is was not unusual for some countries to be equipped with the 109’s and 190’s that where captured by allied hands. What if our Dutch airforce had gone for the Focke wulf or 109’s?
Could they have been fallen under the evaluation of the Fokker company. Probably not, but it would have been a pleasant taught if Fokker continued its work of fighter aircraft.
