kristorf Senior Member Registered: July 2005 Location: Milton Keynes Posts: 207 users gallery	BBMF Lancaster flypast of Lincoln Cathederal During WWII most of the RAF Lancasters were stationed in Lincolnshire, or 'Bomber County'. Returning aircraft would look for the Cathederal, visible from many miles away, as a sign they were nearly home. Lancaster by Aeroplane Heaven, photo of Lincoln Cathederal taken by myself from the high tower of Lincoln Castle.
