Six at once

Inspired by the account that Nowotny scored six victories at October, 14th I created this artwork. It shows Nowotny seconds after setting a VVS La5 on fire with well aimed bursts.

Skins theFly (190s) and Cannon.

This is nice on every point, but the feeling of detail in the terrain below is really impressive.

Oh Adlabs, can'T take much credit for that. The map is the new slovakia map Jurinko and others made for the IL2 4.09 patch. It's entirely impressive! Check Jaw's images of the map at the Zoo:

But I must say I wish we had a before and after policy for screen art so we could see all the work that goes into making them. I love seeing the before and after

thank you! Well I got some images of earlier steps of this one. Unfortunately SSP won'T load for me today so I can't get their links

In this one I didl ess work on the plane than in some of my others, also the background is from 3 screenies and only some handpainting.
