Re: Jumping onto the Fast Mover Bandwagon

Heres a quick update, still much to do, but this gives a pretty good idea of how it will look when completed.

Re: Jumping onto the Fast Mover Bandwagon

Some points
1. To me the beginning of the intake trunk looks too straight, the top should bend upwards a but the highlights dont show this.

2. The nose doesnt look round but rather like an upside down egg shape.

3. On the gun bay it looks like it is a tube welded to the bottom of the nose while in reality its a canoe shaped deal, the shadow cast by the Avionics bay cooling scoop should not be visible on the cannon fairing.

4. Also the tailtop looks a bit strange to me, it looks like the front bit is taller then the rear while in reality this is a level area.

All in all a strong profile showing a lot of promise but still some room for improvement but that is why it is still a WIP. I particularily like the way you have done the nozzle and the titanium shock proving under the tail area, it has that grimey banged up look that I remember well from german phantom's.

This is looking great, GFR, It makes me want to do one. It is such an emotive shape and I think you are capturing the mass and shape very nicely. I just Lurve that metalwork. It is coming along well.
