Mac's Remove White (MacCurl & Remove White) does NOT work with Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0. After installing the plug-in you receive an "application has failed MSVCRT10.dll was not found..." error. The app then loads, but the filter is not available. Once the filter is removed from the Filters folder, everything works fine. Does anyone know of another filter I can use with Elements 6.0?
Drop this DLL into the folder where your Photoshop .EXE file is. Remember, do NOT overwrite existing DLL files without making a backup of them.
Just reminding people, though I'm pretty sure this one won't exist in this case.
Re: Issue with Mac's Remove White in PS Elements 6.0
True. It is not related with the Photoshop version.
The problem is that the plug-in uses a DLL file which is not installed on your computer. Since older Photoshop versions don't seem to have the problem the DLL might have come with those versions.
