A fader tool for PSP 9??

Is there a tool in PSP 9 that allows you to fade one color to the next in uniform consistancy?? I'm trying to fade white to red as it is on the Air Zermatt EC-135 rescue helicopter "HB-ZEF". If you google images or airliners.net you'll see what I'm talking about near the engine exhaust outlet and again on the tail, any ideas or tricks?? This is that last bump in the road for this project I believe... Thanks in advance for any help, minus those of you who are the bearer of bad news and tell me that there is no easy way !! Just kidding

Or Put each color on it's own layer and adjust the opacity, and then smooth it out with the smoothing tool.

Charlie

Or adjust the step in your paint setings
