3D monitors... getting closer!

I always dreamt about Jetsons style TV

You must have 3D camera's and other special stuff for it I suppose, that will be series of pretty big investments.

Interesting, my concern is the noise, i notice they do not include the noise in the video sample, my guess is that the mirror object rotating at 20hz generates some noise pollution which is impractial for 3d imagery, also they are going to certainly have to make the thing more discreet as i was being distracting from looking at the object by the blurry outer image caused by the rotating mirror. It's very interesting work though, i hope they can improve on this. I would have though however that actual 3d imagery in the future would involve a laser/projection method as they seem to be developing fast and they seem to have lots of potential.
