Can't open Revolver's templates

Paintshop Pro X. When I try to open Revolver's templates, I just get Raster 1. no layers beneath?

Seems to me that Paintshop Pro is unable to read the files he made. Probably because he used features that PSP does not support.

I use PSP X as well and found a solution. Download Gimp, open the file using Gimp, save file as a .psd, open with PSP. Worked for me.
