Hurricane Mk.IId or IV references?

Hallo!

Having downloaded the very nice Mk.IId mod, I have noticed that Kristorfs otherwise excellent skins are based variably on Mk.I or Mk.IIc panel lines. I have tried to browse the internet for reliable resources, but have come up with very little. The closest I've come is the picture below, which seem to indicate the "Can-openers" had ammo hatches resembling the Mk. IIc, but with smaller, split bulges:



I am loath to trust a painting, and would prefer to see a photo showing the plate arrangement, or a scale plan from a reputable resource. Does anyone have anything that can help me?

Got this in a book I have here . . .looks to me like the in house wing guns (2C) format were removed and a single machinegun added, but the panels lines remained.
