Note for hotmail users (and similar webmail sites)

I noticed that hotmail tends to block some mails coming from our website. Mail to retreive passwords being one of them.

To make sure that mail from our website like confirmation for registration and other system mail like a lost password reaches you, please do add simmerspaintshop.com to the list of "Safe sites" in your account options.
Best to do this before registering or retreiving your lost password.
