Re: Help needed for specular mapping in FSX

Thanks.

It is made for the Il-2 series, but it's pretty dead at the moment.
One of the skinners I haven't heard from in almost a year, and the same goes for the campaign maker.

I have been thinking about making some for FS, but there my skills are limited to almost 0.

There is a scenery made for Il-2, of course not placed the correct place and the island there is much smaller.

Re: Help needed for specular mapping in FSX

OK, but if you should ever feel like doing something for FS9 / FSX, I have some nice old hangars from the thirties (hangar 1 - 5 at EKVL Værløse, a part of Denmark scenery), that could propably be modified to serve the purpose, with a good ground scenery. And it shouldn't be to difficult to make some repaints.

Regards
Kim

Making Scenery Objects in FS9/X isn't too tricky, the tricky part is animating the things i should know i'm working on a Hawk SAM site atm, and the tracking radar needs to rotate, the missile battery needs to as well, it is major headaches.

We like to keep this site in English, so everyone can enjoy the comments and tips given.
And with posting in it the thread comes alive again
