I couldn't resist, this was on the World's Funniest Commercials show the other night. I think the voices are done on top of the original language.
I use Gimp, I've tried PS and just can't get used to it.

I use PSP8. I've got PS7 and PS CS2 but just can't break myself from PSP and its Vector layers
