Finding areas of a skin

There's a program that is used to find specific areas of a skin by coloring the entire plane in blocks of different colors.

You are referring to adlabs' Panel Finder, joes. It's not a program, just an image you use in place of a skin. It's available in the Downloads section. (I was assuming you were asking about it )
