Corel Paint Shop Pro 9...help!

I've been playing Il-2 1946 for a while now and would really like to skin some planes....the only problem is I don't know how to use Corel Paint Shop Pro 9 very well...I've made a few skins but they don't look very good(I'll post a pix of one) If anyone could help that would be great

On the post message or post reply page there is a buttom manage attachments. Click on it and a pop up will appear that allows you to add attachments to the message.

Did you allready have a look at the tutorials? Most of the basics are covered there allready.

The only problem with the tutorials (they are helpfull tho') is that I use a diffent program, so its hard for me to do the same things... I'm not trying to bug you guys, but does anyone have the same program that I do?
