Blurred JG image

I've placed and re-sized a JG squadron image onto the fusalge. But it is blury I've lost the details to it. I've looked at the tutorial of "adding markings". I don't have the options of "transform" so I go to image/resize and adjust it to fit. Then I save. but the image of the JG emblem is blury.

Re: Blurred JG image

This often happens when making an insignia smaller. Can you attach an image that shows the results you are getting? Might be easier to make suggestions then.

Also, you'll notice that many of your threads have been moved to the PaintShop Pro forums. I think they should be posted here instead of in General Discussion, since if others come into this forum needing an answer for PSP that your thread answered, they can easily find it for help.

1) Please tell me how to attach an image here. 2) In the future I will post my questions concerning my work here.

Re: Blurred JG image

Attaching is easy, just crop and save an image of what you're working on as a JPG format image. Then when you post in this thread (using the 'Post Reply' button, not the Quick Reply box) you'll see among the tools above the posting window a small paperclip icon.

Just click the paperclip, and a window will popup. From there you can upload an image. Close the popup window when the upload has finished. Now when you post, that should make the image appear in your post as an attachement. (There are more options but this is just the basics.)

Actually... I had planned to update our sticky thread with details on attaching images (the paperclip thing is new since our last update) but I've not had the time.

Re: Blurred JG image

I believe I have the templates with the blurred image attached. If I did it right and you open it. It is the JG insignia.

Re: Blurred JG image

Here is a tool on de PSP deform tool:
http://www.corel.com/content/pdf/pai...eform_tool.pdf

And here is some about the Unsharp mask tool, which can help you to sharpen de logo a bit more after you resized it: TUT 111 - Paint Shop Pro

But first retry the deform tool. Your result is very blurry, and I do not think that the Unsharp mask helps much there.
