Probs??? Remove white not working with Photoshop CS

I am using Photoshop CS2 and tried adding the remove white tool but it dosnt like it at all.
Every time i start the program i get an error msg and then it goes to the program but the plugin isnt there.
I am positive i have put it in the right folder, any ideas?

You are not clear about what error you get.
But I know that Photoshop CS is lacking the DLL file some of the plugins need. http://www.simmerspaintshop.com/foru...?do=file&id=84

Drop this file next to the Photoshop exe. But do NOT overwrite an old version if it exists.

it works on my CS4 extended, so i think it works on CS4 basic
