Ah If only I could take credit for that profile
It's from Sony, a screen shot of a model from a Star Wars game.
Still, what a DIMENSION profile, a real challenge

Re: Study the Masters: Tom Tullis

I've never seen anyone do an X-wing profile, but they would be very interesting spacebirds to do because they did not all use the same gray patchwork with red stripe along the nose from the films -- in fact, it's more accurate to say that they were the exception to the rule. See, that was Rogue Squadron's unit colours; others used different patterns and colours as well as unit crests painted on the wings. In X-wing: The Bacta War, the ex-Rogues paint their starfighters in ridiculously-colourful patterns; Wedge Antilles paints his with a green and gold checkerboard on the front fuselage with black on the rear decking, engines and strike foils. Tycho Celchu paints his up white and red with a thick black "lightning bolt" border in between. Some X-wings were painted entirely red, while others were painted bright yellow with black stripes.
