One thing though, what's going o with those window reflections? For me, I think they look a little too busy. Those clouds almost look like shattered bulletproof glass. Maybe try a less busy cloud reflection? Or maybe it's just me???
I think, this time, it's just you, mate! These things are dead flat and super-reflective. I'm happy with them like this. You also get a strange effect from the thickness.
Oh no, that wasn't my point, I meant that your choice of reflected photo could have been more illustrative of a reflection, that what you chose was unnecessarily busy. Not that the windows aren't reflective.
Maybe mine is too busy too??? But still, it's probably just me
Ah, I see. I generated the reflection myself, rather than using a photo, but I see your point. I could apply some Gaussian blur to the clouds and soften them off a bit.
(I'm sure Gaussian Blur was a Prog Rock band in the 80s!)
Thanks, BH. I'll give it a try.
I'm off to the US for a holiday, so I'll see you all when I get back!
I tried, Gamary, I really did! I got a tour of Camp Pendelton, so I did see lots of Hmvees, Oshkosh trucks, howitzers etc. I saw about 40 LCACs, and about the same number of Sea Knights. I also saw the new super Hueys and Cobras with the 85% commonality. No Ospreys or Harriers, though.
It's a BIIIIG place!
Anway, here's a representation of a Dutch Bushmaster. This vehicle was damaged by an IED in late 2007. The crew all survived.
