Alfa Romeo 12c

Just trying a car or two, as nobody likes my aircraft:

The Alfa Romeo 12c was a 3 Litre Class Grand Prix car developed in 1938 from the earlier 8c.

The 12c was very short-lived however as the 308 was already designed to replace it during the same year.

WW2 ended this era of Grand Prix cars, and although they did return post-war, rapid advance in design changed them forever.

Really...Did somebody tell you this here?

Seems a little out of character for this place, criticism is generally apologetically constructive and rarely that overt.

Re: Alfa Romeo 12c

You ever think of doing a Alfa Romeo Spider Clave? I have a mate who recently bought one Convertible with the much nicer metal fenders too!

I too second Supah, would be nice to see this one Clave, hint, hint Quite a nice, stylish, affordable (these days) sporty little number.

Good to see you back Clave I always liked your work. You have your own style which very effectively enables a high output of finished profiles. All good.

Cheers

Clint

I *think* I know which one the Spider is, but anyone who can give me a definitive link would be appreciated...

That's the one I meant! The other one is just down right awfull 1990's Alfa styling is the worst thing ever, with that series spider being the worst example of it! I can not understand how the designer ever thought that was in anyway pretty

Re: Alfa Romeo 12c

My friend has one sort of like this

But then with metalic fenders. I love alfa's current styling a lot, for a really cool Alfa google Alfa Romeo 8C

My flying instructor once owned one like this

But I remember his being yellow, painted by Ferrari, with a really nice black leather interior. It burned out due to a electrical failure about 15 eyars ago
