No access to SPS

I'm writing this because John Smith tells me he can't access SPS, and hasn't been able to do so in the last 24 hours.

Does anybody know why?

I haven't had any outages, or received any PM's or Admin emails that would tell my why he would not be able to access. Checking his account status, I find that he is in good standing. No bans or infractions are in effect.

When you mention 'access' does he mean cannot load any pages, or that he cannot log into his member account?

Keep us posted, we will search for an answer!

C'mon, GM-- We know John was hard on your He 177 art, but you didn't have to cut his lines!!!

He can't access it at all from what I understand. He tried several browsers and settings but still couldn't.

Can you tell what message he gets?
Without that it's hard to tell what might be the cause.

I'll try to contact him. I don't have anymore precisions except the fact he's considerably annoyed with it and cursing all around my email box.

I'm not sure it's SPS-related. It could be due to something else, but I told him I'd check with you.
