Re: Pilatus PC-7

Hallo Supah,

Foto Austria - Air Force Pilatus PC-7 3H-FA

Foto Switzerland - Air Force Pilatus PC-7 A-941

Re: Pilatus PC-7

Here is a part of the picture I use for my PC-7 showing the wing and in red overlayed the path I used to define the shape I can't really see where I am far off, the picture is as close to orthogonic as I could find and it is about level.

Re: Pilatus PC-7

Adding the parts of the wing that are easy to change or shouldn't change if the wingtip shape is altered.

Re: Pilatus PC-7

Yes I am doing the outer wing first because that one is the most work (I think)

Various small pieces added to the wings underside, proving to be problematic to get right.

Re: Pilatus PC-7

Hey Supah,
That shadow under the goofy exhaust is bugging me. I think it's maybe too dark or too opaque? How about giving it some orange color rather than making it straight black? Or more like the under wing shadow? It dominates the cowling, it looks ever stronger and more delineated than the exhaust itself.
At least that's my take

Re: Pilatus PC-7

Very nicely done .
I have a question; is the wing underside a bit lower than the fuselage like that ?
Is that a bulge from the landing-gear place ?

Re: Pilatus PC-7

aber vielleicht ist diese Werkszeichnung auch falsch?

perhaps but this workshop drawing is also wrong?
otherwise I cannot participate in the further discussion unfortunately any longer. With my poor English knowledge that does not have a sense.

Re: Pilatus PC-7

I still need to add the inner wing so that might be distorting the view a bit I've lightened the exhaust shadow;
