Hi Gael, I for one think that your profiling is terrific. Particularly the bottom one. You have been very busy and meticulous in your panelling and it shows. Your rendering of raw metal is superb, (most people seem to make it too light in colour for my taste). New metal actually goes off quite quickly after assembly and subsequent exposure to rain and dirt. Incidentally, I personally like to see profiles that look as though they will actually fly and that's what you have achieved here. Bravo!

Supah - Indeed, i maybe should have done it less dirty, especially that one.
There is a nice pict of it at a show with Izhak Rabin, showing how shiny and polished it was at the time… here : Israeli MirageIII N°45
Don't know if it was as shiny during battle though… There was some very dirty ones :
Israeli MirageIII N°60
But that one is a bit extreme

Jester-Ink - Cheers !

Blowhard - Thank you sir !

Ratfugel - Many thanks ! From experience i have found that to make a good metal , better to use a rather dark diffuse color. Most of the light shades comes from reflection . Anyway , that for a shader in 3d, just my 2€ cents…
