Looks great, except the pink seems too pink to me?

I'd never seen that tank. It doesn't look like a natural way to hang a tank. Did it ever break or bend?
I don't know too much about it other than it was used some 52s between when the older style tank was phased out and when the late style 4 point tank came in. It's pretty difficult to nail down much specific other than a handful of photos. But as far as I can tell it's the same connection as the standard tank only without the fairing around it. It does look a little weak though. It's wooden or bamboo, or both, not metal. (Is bamboo considered wood? )

About the pink, it doesn't matter, because it turns out this unit, 302 Ku used yellow kill markings. Yellow cherry blossoms? Another murky point but it's been confirmed.

And, another Zero that looks like all the others except it's set up for night fighting with an oblique 20mm cannon and a few cockpit changes.

Soon I'll have the whole set and all I'll need to do is mail in my proof of purchase and the secret decoder ring will be mine!
