Re: I'm at it again

Blowhard, if I could just offer one little comment of advice. This only seems to be the case with the NMF one. On the glass of the movable sliding part of the canopy the glass looks like sheets of metal also. I know it's the same glass on all of them but on the NMF one the glass looks as though it is made out of the same material as the rest of the aircraft. This isn't a problem with the camouflaged versions just the NMF one. Is there not a very slight tint or something you can add to the glazing to help my eyes differentiate between the two material's. Not your fault just the viewers eye's in this instance. Just one of them things really on the NMF Zero. Do you see what I mean? The NMF looks so real that my eye's are thinking that the glass is NMF also? I suppose it's because there is no interior instruments able to show thru on this section of the canopy. Please don't let this take anything away from probably the best profile I have ever seen to date!

Thanks

Clint

The NM finish is outstanding...great work..The texture is outstanding too. This is great, I can only dream about achieving this level of quality.

Good job !

Re: I'm at it again

Thanks guys!
Clint, good call. Although it doesn't bother me as it was, I know what you mean. For impact's sake, it should be more glassy!
I'm not sure if I like what I've got, it might be a little too flash, not sober enough for the rest of the look...or it might be fine. I want to live with it a while and see what I think in a few days.

Looks perfect Dave! Just one of those visual problems and you have sorted it. Helps to distinguish the 2 different materials. Well done!

Re: I'm at it again

Thanks. Now I'm thinking I might want to pick up the shine on the red wing light some too.

Re: I'm at it again

Here another one. The only special things about it are the kill marks and the little used single pylon tank. That gives it a different look.

Looks great, except the pink seems too pink to me?

I'd never seen that tank. It doesn't look like a natural way to hang a tank. Did it ever break or bend?
