If by that you mean that you've managed to recuperate the B-24 guide, would you mind sharing it?

Re: Heavies

I can see about 100 different paint jobs on it already!

Watch the shadowing on the rudders. I'm sure you already know, but either the top half or bottom half of the front edge was relatively flush with the tail while the other half was notched. The bottom was notched on the left side and the top on the right. This was the case with both rudders, so keep that in mind if you decide to reverse this profile.

Re: Heavies

Part of the front edge of the rudder is flush with the front portion of the tail. However, half of it is not. Which half, top or bottom, depends on which side.

Red marks show the part that's not flush.

Re: Heavies

I'd watch it if I were you re the Vargas gal. Copyright penalties can be huge, particularly if you show it on the net. I've got Vargas's book and I'm pretty sure the family will own the copyright. Only trying to help here.

rat.

Re: Heavies

Thanks Ratfugel, but the babe on the bomber was naked so I will have to redo it a bit...Vargas Gal will be used only as a background
And if the Vragas family watches this forum...drop here a note More motives of his paintings were used on bombers, so we have to make a deal
