It looks REALLY nice Supah! You can go wrong with a "tube with wings" if it's got nice Euro camo and German crosses on it

Re: F-104G Starfighter

Hi Blowhard First I am going to make it into a RNLAF one from my local airbase (who am I kidding? I am going to do one of every unit that flew them! ) and then I intend to do all the european users of the F-104G

Re: F-104G Starfighter

Edit some bits after feedback from the Experten

Edited the yellow hatch, camoflage pattern and size and shape of the maintenance markings.

In this area I added various bits and pieces

Re: F-104G Starfighter

Very Nice Supah ! I really like the panellines and the shadings on the intake is superb !

I have a few things for your consideration:

1. The tip of the nose seems too dark.

2. The shade cast by the horisontal stabilizer fades, despite the side of the rudder is straight (almost straight). In my eyes shades would only fade if they are cast on a curved surface (such as a fuselage).

3. The horisontal stabilizer should cast some shade on the fuselage too IMO.

4. perhaps try to enhance the ground reflection abit more...i tried it on the F-105 i´m doing at the moment and was really pleased with the result.

Great work as always !!!

Re: F-104G Starfighter

Super Supah

For your consideration:
Maybe the upper rear end of the fuselage "banana" is too upturned?

I think this photo might be helpful in modifying the lines of the lower vertical tail and upper fuselage in that area.

Man, I always enjoy your bold shading!
