Dora

Guys, Im currently working on a D-9 and im really struggling for good reference material, especially the fuse gun ports and the canopy. Can anybody provide me with a good link or images from another source?
I'll post a WIP later tonite. Any help would be great, I'd rather this didn't turn into yet another stalled profile.

Re: Dora

Now im not much of a 'Luftwaffe Experten' and this profile obviously has a loooong way to go, so again...any advice/reference/RLM colour/paint scheme advice or, constructive criticism would be appreciated.

Oh, and disregard the red spinner.

Re: Dora

Nice start. I'm no Experten either so i'm afraid I can't help you much but I'll keep an eye on it.

Re: Dora

heres some stuff that might help.

just on point, your rear fuselage insert should be parallel, at the moment it is bulged.

Re: Dora

From Jerry Crandals Dora book, describing the different gun hatches used on different 190Ds,
Both his and Japos books though contradicting at times are must haves for Dora fans

Re: Dora

As I have mentioned here before(and is pretty obvious looking at this WIP) I tend too work all over the shop, so don't consider any part of this finished. as usual I will leave (for me) the dreaded wing section for last.
