This looks very nice indeed.
The only thing I can't see is the gunsight... Will it be added later?

Hi Thierry!

The profile looks very nice!

Your style looks likewise Thierry Dekker. Seems everyone here has his mentor.

Cheers, Simon

They weren't always fitted, iirc the P-40s sent out to the AVG were initially diverted from an order destined for the RAF but weren't fully kitted out.

Hi Baron, Thanks a lot for your nice comments, but I need to confirm that Thierry Dekker is not my mentor...
Many of you are really good in their Artwork.
I am mostly inspired with the excellent polish artists Arkadius Wrobel and Janusz Swiatlon

Deserves to be in it's own thread?

Re: Boyington Flying Tiger's P-40 Curtiss

IIRC most AVG P-40 had a simple reflector plate fixed to the armoured glass. The profile is correct in that respect. (Might need some double-checking, but I think it's correct)

The top view is very nice...
Am I the only one who see these profiles very light (like washed out, or covered by flour)... I really hope they are all right actually and it's only mine crappy monitor that deceives the look...
