Seems rather obvious: there is an extra Z on the second drawing.
This one was a navalized version, license-built by Grumman.

Nevermind these lunatics Rat. Ask a simple question and all the nuts fall out of the tree. Compare the two chin radiators. The F-4z has a deeper intake....the same one used on the G-0 through G-6.

So what's yer point? The chin rad is deeper...right? You can see it even without overlaying them.
