Question RAAF Font type?

Which font type will you suggest that I use when making a skin of this plane?

Some might say, why not just cut and paste? Can't do that as I need to use an other serial number!

NP. Found one of the RAF fonts that matched pretty good.

Re: RAAF Font type?

Be ware, I've noticed a number of Pearson's profiles have fonts/serials that don't match photos of the real thing too closely. Please do reference real war time photos for your, not artwork. The art might not be too reliable.

Re: RAAF Font type?

I think it is pretty close..

But notice the tail marking. The white is larger than the blue.

Re: RAAF Font type?

Say...isn't there an Aussie WW2 font somewhere? I seem to remember seeing one.

Re: RAAF Font type?

I've not seen it, but the repaint is finished and can soon be downloaded from M4T.
