If you are using BRIGHT and its working, you shouldn't be getting the sort of pixilation you have in those screenshots. BUT, I have a funny feeling it might not be the skin. If you look at the flak bursts in the pics, they are pixilated too. Could it be that somewhere in the screenshot conversion process between TGA and GIF format, the pixilation is occuring?? Try saving the screenshots as JPEGS and see if you still get the same problem. Can't promise anything but its worth a try

I'll tell you, my tired old eyes didn't even see the pixelation until it was pointed out. Now, it's pretty obvious. The problem could be that I was making the .gif from a .bmp from the .tga. Prolly too much loss.
Here's a couple that I opened directly in PhotoShop and converted with the "save for web" utility. Let me know if this is better. If not, maybe a link to a tutorial would be the best bet.
BTW, sooner or later I will check the FAQs and figure out how to post the image directly.
