Hello everybody!!! Just a little new pack!
This pack contains two differents airplanes of the JG 53 for the MTO.
- Bf 109G-4 "Gelb 7" (3./JG 53) Flown by Oberleutnant Wolfgang Tonne. (Bizerta, Tunisia : February 1943.) Brillant fighter pilot (he rose his score from 54 to 101 between September 6-24.) he died on April 20, 1943, as he intended to celebrate his 122nd victory making a careless maneuver which lead him to the crash.
- Bf 109G-4 "Schwarz 1" (8./JG 53) Flown by Oberleutnant Franz Schiess.(Sicily, Italy : February 1943.) He was one of the most agressive pilot of the III./JG 53 and his dispartion on the August 30, 1943 was a hard blow to his Gruppe. He was at this date followed by several P-38.
