Re: Canopy frame P-38 template

Actually Buhli, if you download Nightshifters "Panel Finder Extention" and use it in conjunction with adlabs "Panel Finder", you can find about anything on your templates that are giving you a headache. I used it to find the elusive rear view mirror above the canopy so I could make it black, it was a snap. Indeed your P-38 is looking nice. Where are you going to upload it to? Is that a historical skin? This is one I'm just finishing.

Re: Canopy frame P-38 template

Wow mapal, great work!
I love your weater effect. My plane looks a bit too clear! I have both of the great tools-thank you very much btw, but normaly i dont use the extension tool. Hmm, better i learn it now!
My work is not a historical, only the squad colours. It is a historical squad, but they dindt flown the P38, but the colours are now for all our birds.
Normaly i dont upload a skin, there are much better skinners in the world, but if you want to have a look, i load it up here.
Regards and Gr?tze from Berlin-Germany, Buhli!

Re: Canopy frame P-38 template

I would like to have a copy when it's done, if you don't mind. I have a thing for the P-38. The one I did is a Photo Recon aircraft. In reality it had no guns or radio system, the cameras took all the room. They depended on cover aircraft to protect them and their speed to get away. I like doing the photo recons in that they seem to be a forgotten breed. It would be nice if someone would do a campaign dealing with a photo recon mission. When you are done just PM me.

Hey mapal, thank you for all your tips-maybe you have some more!!!!!!!
It looks really good now for my opinion.
I think, i must redesign the weather effects on all birds i have skinned.

Thank you very much Sir!
