Bf109's of JG54 in winterwhite!

Hello all!

For some reason I've posted my update posts at SimHQ forums only but I'm thinking that it's time to get some stuff moving here as well

The other day I learnt that in the winter of 1942 - 1943, 7./JG54 who usually wore white numerals on their aircraft replaced these with blue ones to make them stand out better against the white camo. I had to test one of those and I chose "Blue 10". Yellow 12 came next as it is the same machine featured earlier on my site but in the summercamo of brown and greens. The overpainted unitmarkings are pretty cool as their origin is so obvious.

After I did Blue 10 I realised that the Green chevrons used by the Geschwaderstab in 1941-42 was propably green for the same reason. The geschwaderstab normally wore white chevrons which wouldn't have stood out very much either...
