There is a small utility called Paint Victories, I don't know if I sent it to Adlabs or not?
it has alot of the kill markings used by the germans and russians, if you would like it let me know I will send it to you .

Basicly it is a white bar with the marking of the opposing aircraft. I.e. RAF marking for an RAF aircraft, Star for a VVS aircraft etc.

I don't have it but there is a very good book just on this subject!
Luftwaffe Rudder Markings 1936-45 by Karl Ries and Ernst Obermaier-
Luftwaffe Rudder Markings 1936-1945 by Karl Ries and Ernst Obermaier - Schifferbooks.com
You can get it used here-
AbeBooks: Search Results - Ries and Luftwaffe Rudder Markings
Good stuff in there!

About the 100 and 200 victories, I have a feeling they were all a little different for each plane. They were usually painted on for award cerimonies that were going to be photographed. Also, the same elaborate type of markings were painted on for when a Knights Cross was awarded.
As you can see, lots of different markings-
