I paint naval miniatures and
this is the reference I use for USN colors. I can't attest to the accuracy but I bet its as close as you're likely to find, or even get any two vets to agree upon. The color of the paint would fade and change after prolonged contact with the painted surface in a marine environment. Also, if you are representing an object as large as a warship in a small scale, you will get a more realistic effect if you lighten the actual colors. I would use these as a starting point and experiment until I got a combination that was both plausible and pleasing.
