First Post _ Rivets

I'm just about finished UV mapping this and was wondering about rivets. I have Photoshop 7.0 and Deep Paint 3D. Can I use the PS Buttons style for rivets? I know to hold the Shift key down to do it in a straight line but what about interval?

Re: First Post _ Rivets

Much depends on the resolution of your textures. And also what kind of rivets actually were used. Some are big and good visible, but others are hardly visible.
What do you exactly mean with the Buttons style?
Have you read the tutorials below?

Here is something explained about the brush and the interval:

Something more about rivets:

And shading effects:

Re: First Post _ Rivets

Yep, nice model. Using the button style for rivets might work, however I think for such a large aircraft the results would make the rivets too large. The links Serval posted will give advice on making smaller, more subtle rivets that would probably be more fitting with a larger aircraft texture.
