i learned my own style, most people here start with a black and white line drawing, yes i'm the same at this point but my fuselage shapes are theit own individual raster layer, i re-draw everything after then, the real nuisance is in the details, have you ever tried finding some of the text on a greek F-104 or a Belgian Magister
seriously though you'll develop your own style and way of doing things, and i'm only joking the details are the fun bit.
