I'm looking for a directional blur tool for Photoshop (something that will work with 5.0 - sorry, but I'm a bit behind the times.) I'll explain.
I want to be able to do weathering with a bit more speed. On a typical aircraft (at least one that hasn't been washed lately) small streaks develop from panel lines and rivets. I figure if I have a directional blur tool, I can simply copy my rivet pattern, then apply the directional blur tool and voila! Instant weathering (well, at least one aspect of weahtering, anyway.
)
So I'm looking for a directional blur tool, preferably freeware, but cheap would also do the job. Anyone know of a good one? I've done the Google search thing, and actually came up with a few, but they seem a bit pricey, and I'd at least like to know if what I'm getting would do what I want it to BEFORE I plunk down my money......
