I LOVE to see the innards
In front of me I have a 1:48 transparent P51D from Nichimo named "see through" that I probably 30 years or so ago. I remember wondering back then why so few "see through" models are available. Just goes to show that our small niche of WWII airplane nuts is further subdivided quite sharply. Just seeing what makes these planes tick is a biggie for me. BTW does anyone remember the german magazine "Luftfahrt International", that was certainly ********
