Point is that IMPS still uses FS numbers for their translation to modelling paint. So, first you get the right most color and then they try to get the matching model paint. So, two chances to get off the color.

Three things you can do:
1: Sew Revell for claiming #360 to be RAL 6025
2: Sew RAL for giving wrong RGB values for their paint (Our RAL colors do come straight from the official RAL software)
3: Calibrate your monitor.
It's your pick.
NB: On my monitor it did match quite good, given you compare paint with an illuminating colorsource.
But I did NOT say to use RAL 360, since that is WAY darker then ATM-4 I said to try Humbrol 38 (or a matching Revell #), since THAT looks closest.
