My normal download speeds are between 350KB/sec & 500KB/sec. So far the only website I visit that is slow is the 1java.org site. It loads just fine but downloads are a killer.

Yeah for some odd reason mine are 30KB/sec for skins & under 20KB/sec for templates.
Every once in awhile the skin downloads will hit 60KB/sec. But thats rarely. Maybe its just time for Serval to update his software.
