First of all,Happy New Year!
I've been using Mozilla Firefox for about 6-8 months now without any troubles. However,when I visit the 1java.org website to download skins or templates my download speeds are way slow.
I have no problems anywhere else with download speeds. I'm also on cable. I've contacted Serval about it & he has been looking into it. But I have not heard anything back from him about my situation.
I just downloaded Aero Shodanjo's P-80 template from there & it took me 8 minutes to download with speeds under 20KB/sec.
I am currently downloading his Me-262 template with the same resaults. About 8 minutes to complete the download. Is there anybody else using Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7? Are you having troubles with slow download speeds at the 1java.org website? When I download skins my speeds are usually around 30KB/sec. Any other website & I'm getting over 350KB/sec. If anyone has any suggestions about my situation with slow download speeds at the 1java.org website & Firefox,please let me know. I would greatly appreciate any input. I don't use IE anymore so I'm not sure if I get the same resaults with it. Well thanks in advance!
