I intended to do your "Havanastang" yesterday but decided to finish my Naval Mustangs articles first:
Always thought it was amusing to see a P-51 on a carrier. I wouldn't want to cope with the roll momentum during a last second wave-off though. That's a special "killer habit" of the -51 apparently. Are there any Mustang pilots around who could tell us about that?
