Had identical problem years ago. I have since hosted my site with bizland.com (based in US) for past 5 years; service is excellent and their downtime minimal. I suggest you take out your own domain such as
www.phoenix-art.com or such like. Anyways, look around but I think you will find Bizland about as good as it gets,
