If PS can't open PSP files then I guess not
download the demo for PSP and open it with that, save it as a .psd then you're good to go!
PSP can open .psd's :P which is another good reason not to support a petulant company like Adobe. And if I have to tell Acrobat reader not to start when windows loads and check for updates ONE MORE TIME ... there will be trouble
